"To start, Tucker who was manning the front desk upon arrival, was welcoming, warm and friendly. He was extremely professional with the check in process. Had all our information and checked us in thoroughly and quickly. When we were trying to transport our luggage etc, we were having difficulty and he came to our rescue helping get everything up to and into our room. "The air conditioning was in adequate for the size of the suite. When checking out I rang the bell at the main desk and no one appeared. I went down for breakfast 15 minutes before closing and there were very few if any at all choices while the staff sat a table waiting to clean up."

"There wasn’t bedding for the sofa bed we were three people clearly requested in our reservation. then the bedding arrived and was broken. I requested another bedding set and finally arrived. Later in the evening i requested to freeze some ice packs to keep my medicine refrigerated during our trip and the following day the ice packs were not frozen. So I had to wait for hours to get the icepacks frozen so I could travel. Really bad experience"

"They advertised having a bar, but what they have is a beer and wine dispenser. You have to put money on a card and use it at the machine. If you don’t use all the money it is not refunded. Great breakfast and very comfortable rooms"
