Wonderful stay in an elegant suite overlooking the sea with a lovely terrace. Location can’t be beat, and the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend!

The studio apartment was in an excellent location with an amazing view. The property manager helped to make our stay most enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property.

A truly excellent choice. From being greeted by the super helpful host to the amazing suite and what has to be the best view in split we were delighted with our decision to book this accommodation and will certainly recommend it to anyone we know who is visiting Split.

Property location was great on promenade with excellent views of harbour and still very quiet. The upstairs private terrace was the best. Would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Split as close to attractions and restaurants as possible, and whole property very clean and spacious

This villa is beautiful and has the very best view in split. You can’t possibly get any closer to the water and the rooftop patio is breathtaking. You won’t be disappointed if you’re lucky enough to stay here!

The property was close to the Adriatic sea. The restaurant for breakfast is located on other buliding but was very delicious. The only concern was you have to climb the staires to reach the top floor. If you have big and heavy luggages will make you exhausted. The reception guy may help you out with your luggages if you are lucky.

This was an excellent rental experience! Šime and his colleague met us on arrival and gave us a great overview of the space and local recommendations, all of which were very appreciated. The location is spectacular, and also surprisingly quiet at night considering its proximity to the downtown area. We (embarrassingly) locked ourselves out of the apartment on our first night, and Šime was there in a matter of minutes to let us back in. We also really appreciated the provided beach towels and included breakfast at the local restaurant downstairs. Would absolutely stay here again!

The room was well-located on the riva in walking or short taxi ride to sites of interest. It was bright and cheerful, comfortable, especially the bed, and clean. Sime, our host, was very reliable, helpful and on call for any needs we might have. The included breakfast is at a restaurant a short distance from the room overlooking the Adriatic Sea with generous and delicious items off the menu.

We had the most wonderful stay! The location was perfect. In the heart of Split. The rooftop deck had spectacular views. Unbelievable hospitality provided by our host. We can not say enough good things about this place. One caveat, the unit we stayed at had a lot of stairs. If stairs are an issue, then this place may not be ideal for you. Otherwise, this place was absolutely perfect in every way.

You could not ask for a better location in Split! As long as you can climb stairs, this is the best place for travelers. Spacious for 3 of us and in the middle of it all. The hosts welcomed us upon arrival, showed us how things worked, gave us ideas on local beaches and have a great list of local restaurants available. The terrace is perfect for watching the comings and goings along the Riva. A 15 minute walk east or west gets you to swimming spots but you may not want to venture far from your air conditioned lodging and breakfast vouchers for just outside. We highly recommend this spot.

We arrived quite late and love that we were taken extremely good care of . We we were taken quickly through the neighborhood, made sure we had something to eat,received a bouquet of welcome flowers. The staff was extremely friendly, including the pick up from the airport to the Riva Luxury suites by Top (driver) And also all the extra care we received from Sime (property management) They were plenty of restaurants and local eateries nearby. An abundance of history, ambience, and friendly local people All in all, it was a trip to remember.

I can't recommend this property more highly. Some, the property manager, made us feel right at home from the first minute we met him. His customer service is five star. Perfect location with perfect views. Rent this now!
