"The hotel is in a great location, centralised, perfect logistically for being on foot, sightseeing, beach and catching transfers be it taxi, ferries, bus and train The staff were very friendly and check in easy. Our room for a family of three, was as expected. Great air con in the heat and clean, comfortable beds. However, it was the worst sleep we've had on a city break at a hotel. On consecutive nights we were woken multiple times in the early hours by other residents partying, hammering...

"Everything was great except the beds were really hard and I could feel the coil springs. Luckily the staff were super helpful and they got me a mattress topper. One of the pillows was too big and uncomfortable. Finally it took about half a day of running the AC for the room to cool down but then it stayed cool.
