"This visit was not as good as my prior stay. Room was stuffy with poor internet connection on the tv. Staff made customers wait to be seated for breakfast even though it was half empty. Took a long time to get my check in the bar. Only 2 people checking in guests on a busy Saturday so there was quite a line. Breakfast food was great and bar drinks were great."

Their additional fees are egregious.
$39 a day for:
Hourly shuttles to the park. I had a rental car. No need
Coffee in the lobby 6-8am. That’s fair.
Two welcome drinks upon arrival. That’s fair.
Two bottles of water a day. That’s fair.
Local calls. I have a cell phone.
800 calls. Samey same. I have a cell phone.
Refrigerators and microwave. I’m calling foul on that one. Find me another hotel that charges for...

"Booked a 1 bed delux but wasn’t available at check-in so upgraded to a 2 bedroom and was very happy.. these are basically like condos. So we ended up having a large living room, dining room and kitchen. The main bedroom had a king bed with soaking tub with separate shower and second room had two queen beds with separate bath. The property buildings themselves are older, but the inside was updated and very clean. Yes I would stay here again."
