"The overall stay was amazing. The kids loved playing in the pool and they also provided some swimming toys which was really helpful. The rooms are big enough for two adults and three kids without feeling on top of one another. They provide a range of pots and pans to cook with, microwave, toaster, and a mini fridge with a freezer which is big enough for a few things. The beds were comfortable for the most part I just like softer beds, to me personally they were a little too firm. "

"It's exactly what I expected. Nothing more, nothing less. Clean, upated, spacious king bed room. Plenty of large, soft towels (which is A+ in my book). Cool air cranked up and had us huddled under the covers just the way we like to sleep. Shower was nice and hot. Easy check without having to visit a desk. Convenient location, if not a little "hidden", but so close to lots of things. I'd stay again!"

"We loved the stay but in being honest, there was a few things that we would like to mention. Thats what these are for, so I hope this is ok. My friend and I are pushing 70, I am disabled with cancer and we found that with our room being upstairs, with luggage the climb was really hard for us. The parking was confusing with no organized method of parking. Our window view was of the parking lot. BUT, on the good side, it was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at. With my discount the room was $185 for a 2 bdrm/2 bath condo. It’s a good price. Note: Bring on shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer. "If you are one of those people looking for the Grand Hyatt this is not your stop. Look it’s an older hotel and shows some age with the exterior and the interior. "I have stayed at thie particular hotel more that a dozen times. I will always choose it because of these 2 reasons. 1) The staff is incredible. Brandy is the GM. I absolutely love her. She works what feels like 24/7. She is warm, takes her job seriously but is always kind and makes you feel at home. Donna is the night front desk clerk. She is so sweet, you can't help but love her. Tammy is the housekeeping manager. Her and her husband Tracy both work there. They are very ornery with each other...
