"Complimentary soup/salad in the evening is a nice touch, as well as a free beverage. The room was spacious and nicely decorated.

"This was a really great hotel that has been renovated and part of bringing a core back to the downtown of Spokane. Great restaurants around and the complimentary breakfast at Rosie's was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Our pillows in the room seemed a little older and small but it could be that replenishing with new items are taking some time. Really nice stay."

"Let me preface this review by saying we checked in to this property at the end of hoopfest, so maybe that was a factor.
The lobby was nicely designed and relatively clean, though the garbage cans were full and the glass entrance was very smudgy. We waited over 20 mins to check in. Once we got into our room it smelled prominently of dog and the room wasn’t as clean as I expected based on the reviews we read. "Great breakfast, comfortable beds, clean and well maintained property and rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Very acomidating ( they allowed us to check in an 1 hour early and check out an 1 hour late with out any extra charge.) And the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!"
