"Great location for me Room lovely and clean with all amenities you could need Excellent communication Free parking with plenty of space Wi-Fi for free Very close to a takeaway in case you get hungry Self check in but a number was given to contact owners if any issues. Only downside , radiator which was working well stopped in the night and i woke up cold, however there was a spare blanket in the wardrobe. "

"No bar and restaurant which was advised after booking but before check in. Tv not working (despite looking brand new), phone in room not working, WiFi terrible but a lovely setting. Just felt a bit odd with no amenities. Just ordered a food delivery and had an early night… wish I’d taken a book to read!"

"I had to leave because the noise was unbearable. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 in the end due to the noise. We book a hotel to try and sleep in and relax. "Amazing spacious room"

"The hotel was good and clean with the rooms being of a good standard. One or two things could be better. The evacuation details on the back of the door was quite high up and small. This made it very difficult to read as I am only 5ft 6in tall. This became important as around 8.30pm there was a fire alarm. "Comfortable bedroom that had everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was tiny but fine for one night. Breakfast was tasty. Very friendly hostess. Nice, quiet neighborhood. "

"5 of us stayed here in 5 separate rooms. All were clean, newly decorated and with smart bathrooms. Faultless service, an excellent and generous breakfast and unfailing helpful attitude from the staff who were all welcoming and friendly. We all thought this place was a real find with good and secure parking and a lovely ambience. 100% recommended"

"Food was very good, reception very helpful, room very quirky. I had to book a family room as last one left - was the only room on the top floor built into the eaves. Two double bedrooms, very spacious and nice and quiet. Be aware that the rooms are in an apartment style building (bit like Butlins) across the car park. There is no lift - I was on the 2nd floor and struggled a bit with my suitcase as I have a bad hip (age!). I would also recommend to the hotel that they put some grab bars in...

"Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer."
