"Lovely little house, with everything you need for a home from home. Downsides- there is child lock on the Wi-fi, not good for a tradesman working away. Cold house- woke up every morning shivering. Wasn’t sure how to set heating timer. And next door there are elderly neighbours who must be deaf- they are night owls and I’m sure their tv is directly opposite the wall of bed stand. "Overall the house was comfortable and cosy. The only drawback was that we did not find any extra pillows and bedrooms have no lampshades. The location was excellent and only around 25 mins walk to the town centre. Tasco is only 10 mins walk away and Abington Park around 15mins walk. Other shops are also within walking distance. The host was always reachable and even allowed us to keep the suitcases in the house after check out at 11am since the taxi came for us later. Will definitely recommend. "

"Two night stay for my partner and I as we were attending a couple of events at The Roadmender. Only a 5 mins walk straight down the road to the venue! Hotel on the outskirts of the town centre, shops, restaurants, bars, takeaways- spoilt for choice all within a few minutes walk. Nice clean room, comfy bed, hot powerful shower, food and drinks available 24/7 and friendly, helpful staff- always ready to greet you with a smile. What more could you want!
