"The room is so dusty, dark, very old appliances and tv(not even smart tv) and it smells old and smoky. Also the carpet is so old and dirty, not enough kitchen utensils and bathroom stuff, we woke up in the morning the whole room covered with black dust who knows where it’s coming from. When we moved the curtain, it’s dust all over and it feels stiff as if the curtain was never moved for a long time. It’s just horrible, not worth it. "The property was very clean, it provided everything needed. However I did not receive the email for the check-in. I had to leave several messages to reach the property management office before receiving the email. The tv did not work, we were told someone came to the condo and fixed it but it still was not working. We were then told that they would send an email on how to work the television but never received anything .
Excellent location, a short drive to Banff."
