"The staff was phenomenal. When our room wasn’t ready (we were early) the staff allowed us to drink our own wine in their lobby while we waited. They even opened it for us and brought us glasses. The hotel is luxury mixed with a phenomenal location. Their hotel parking is very reasonable and the access to the spa is very accommodating to those staying in their hotel."

"L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien, juste devant la gare, et des arrêts d'autobus et de tramway. C'est toutefois assez bruyant dans les environs. Lors de notre première nuit, il faisait très chaud et nous ne pouvons rien y faire parce que le changement vers le mode été du système de climatisation n'avait pas encore été fait.
