"The Boutique Hotel, In at 835was completely enjoyable. We were pleased with the cozy room and comfortable bud. The breakfast was very tasty and the chocolate chip cookies were a real treat. This inn is located walking distance to all the downtown spots we wanted to see and our hostess was especially helpful with suggestions for dinner. A surprise elevator was most appreciated at the end of a long day’s drive."

"Solid choice for business or visit to downtown Springfield. Great location, comfortable rooms, good gym, and good in-house bar and restaurant and easily walkable to other good places. Staff is very friendly and helpful throughout."

"What breakfast menu? The property looked good, clean enough and very busy. I wasn’t thrilled with being booked two king sized bed rooms when I had asked for at least one ro to have two beds, but that was taken care of by the front desk. We arrived really tired at 9:30pm to the sounds of very loud drums near our rooms, again , not thrilled, but they stopped by 10, so, fair enough. The TV stopped working for 40 minutes…just explaining why I gave 3 stars instead of 4 or 5. When I called the front...

"I wouldn’t know where to start to describe how bad my room was but I’ll try. Many marks in the walls and chipped paint. Stain running down wall. Stains in upholstery, not vacuumed properly. Found finger nail clippings on floor. A/C sounds louder that the drill my dentist uses. Toilet paper on opposite wall from toilet you will need octopus arms to reach it. Where the hand soap should be by the sink was a bottle of shampoo. Had to wait about 10 minutes for check in because no one was at...

"The front desk receptionist was clearly under the influence of drugs or alcohol upon our arrival. We had several questions about the rooms that we booked and she was unhelpful, sarcastic, and rude. She made a terrible impression of the hotel. It’s amazing she even had a job there."

"Liked adequate handicapped parking, helpful check in associate, grab bars in tub/shower, spacious room, plenty of AC outlets, room to open suitcases, fridge & microwave in room. Dislike lack of any really good water pressure and slippery tub flooring (was later informed at check out that I could have requested a floor mat, which they have a limited number of), and, I disliked noisy neighbors (and their walls are thin). When I called the front desk to tell them about this, the noise continued...

"The housekeeping staff were very friendly and wished us well on our travels with blessings. The staff at the reception desk was quite rude and non welcoming and as a traveler, I felt like we were an inconvenience. But, the room was very clean, bed was comfortable, unfortunately only polyester sheets. Breakfast was quite good with a good variety of protein and carbs. Overall a good stay! Thank you for having us."
