"I liked the convenience of the location especially the quiet neighborhood. The desk clerk, Tory, who checked us in the efficient, courteous and helpful. "

"You have a real shortage of electric outlets in the room for this day and age. Since the hotel used three of the 4 outlets for its own needs, there was only one left, plus a couple at the phone. We had to use the ones in the bathroom to meet all our needs. Easily fixed."

"I love that this location is so close to the Holyoke mall. The breakfast, coffee all day and pool were nice perks! I just wish the ice machine had worked on our floor but other than that we had a great stay and will be back!"
