Gotta be kidding!! Middle of remodel, crap absolutely everywhere. Dodging around all kinds of things. At this point elevators not readable but they couldn’t accommodate us on the first floor. I asked them to call Expedia to get our refund. Told us WE had to contact Expedia but failed to tell us that they have to approve Expedia giving us our money and they refused when Expedia called. To ride to claim that because the elevator works but is just not accessible it’s not their problem. They essentially lied to me at the desk. They could have offered to take the luggage up for us but didn’t. Expedia made it good after a 30 minute wait, but Best Western, and particularly this property which I have stayed at many, many, many times over the years gets a huge black mark. Last two visits have also had deteriorating situation. Very sad, and cheating is completely unacceptable.
