"Outside trashcans over-filled and garbage spilling onto ground. Desk staff zero attenpt to look somewhat professional. Desk staff zero attempt to smile and provide a "cordial" welcome and goodbye. Door to bathroom was warped and needed to be "lifted" every time we wanted to open or close the door (room #142). Amazon, Netflix and YouTube links shown on TV, but unable to access even if you have an account. Room phone has no direct line to front desk. No mention of Wi-Fi code at check-im or posted...

"Beds very comfortable. We only stayed one night but would go back. Pool not open but no big deal.Breakfast was good with several options and constantly refilled during the 3 hour window."
