Hotel murah di Springfield

"The staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel appeared clean but the staff uses really strong smelling cleaning supplies as if they are hiding odors. There were odd smells in the hallways and in our room at times. The carpet in our room was torn and dirty. The breakfast was not very good. The hotel was okay. We travel a lot and would probably choose another hotel next time we visit the area."

"The rooms at the Rocky gap Casino are big which are nice. And the bathrooms are large and nice, the toilets are low, however. The general cleanliness of the room was just mediocre, it could use a dusting and a good vacuuming. Great to have the casino on property. The view the outside and the outdoor accommodations are beautiful."

"The free parking (which was excellent) was confusing. In order to obtain a parking dongle, you had to check in but there was no where to park when you were trying to check in. Also, if you didn't return the parking dongle, you were charged $20 but you can't exit the parking garage without the dongle. Therefore, you have to exit the garage and find somewhere to park so you can return the dongle and finish checking out. They need to come up with a better method of enabling parking access."

"Old ran down smelled like an old cigarette Smokey Vegas casino. Don’t stay here. Stay in the gas station bathroom it would be better."

"The staff was extremely good except the desk clerk working the daylight shift, who seemed rude and not very pleasant. The cleaning crews were very polite and helpful along with the ladies who served breakfast. The clerks Wendy and Renae were extremely gracious and helpful."

"The staff was nice, the breakfast was very good included scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, juice, fruit, bread and coffee. We spend one night but I will definitely stay there again."

"We checked in easily. The room was clean. The AC worked well. I went looking for a gym but there was none, so I jogged around the parking lot. While eating breakfast, I heard the phone ring-and-ring-and-ring-and ring because the front-desk person was also the breakfast person and they could only do one job at a time."

"Very helpful staff and the property is in a very pretty location with trees everywhere, but also close to a ton of things. The main issue is this property is old, i mean really old. For example, the A/C works like you would expect a 50 year old A/C to work. I will stay here again."

"The motel room and carpet needs to be cleaned more and the walls also need painting and the window above the kitchen sink needs new kitchen blinds. The curtains hanging in the front window and the rod that holds the curtains needs repair. The chair in the room and the cabinet that holds a customer’s clothes needs to be replaced with a nicer chair and cabinet."

"Nice, unique place to stay. In the woods, with our building is unlike anywhere else where we have stayed. I would stay here again. It is like being in a campsite, but staying in a hotel room. Since the buildings are not attached to any others, there is zero noise from neighbors."
