"This property was absolutely amazing!! The safe was extremely nice, and made the check in process so fast and simple. The rooms were very spacious and extremely comfortable. "Overall it could use some updating. The pool was dirty. Most bothersome was the afternoon staffer who was unwilling to pause what she was doing to allow us to check in early. My party arrived for a bereavement stay and needed to freshen up before meeting family. After waiting for her to finish some task (which could have been completed later), she indicated there would be a $50 charge to check in early. Really ? Even after telling her about the funeral ??"

"The staff made it easy to check-in and checkout. We had a small issue regarding the shower head support. It was broken and needed to be replaced. I made the staff aware it was broken and they deeply apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. They thanked me for informing them.
Overall everything else was fine. I would stay again at this hotel."

"Hotel is pet friendly and we were put in a room right next to a dog that we could hear barking down the hallway when we checked in at 11:30pm. We immediately went back down to the front desk and requested another room. Those without animals should not be on the same floor as someone with animals."

"We really enjoyed our stay and had a very positive experience overall.
We cannot comment on the breakfast since we were not available during those hours. The area is quiet and peaceful, with very little noise, which we truly appreciated. There are also gas stations and grocery stores nearby, and the parking area is spacious and convenient.
The only issue we encountered was with the cleanliness of the room. When we arrived, we found some nail clippings near the air conditioning unit/window...

"This place is terrible. We first wanted to simply add another day to our reservation but was told we could not make any "changes" without losing our initial payment because it was "non-refundable."
