"Our room opened up to a city park, which was super sweet. We appreciated the location and also that there were real glasses and mugs in the room- not disposable plastic cups that most hotels use. There was a Nespresso machine in the room for those who are coffee-curious. The bed was also excellent. So all this was great.
The only thing we didn't like was their lack of any response when I contacted them a day after we checked out. We forgot an item in the room- so I tried contacting them in...
