"Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head.
I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control.
In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person.

"The building and amenities were nice but we couldn’t get past the lack of cleanliness. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty, dirty towels were left in the closet. Spare sheets and pillows weren’t clean and just shoved back in the closet and used nipple covers were left behind from the previous people."
