"We had a really great stay at the Pinnacle. Amazing value. Small kitchen with the basic necessities so we could make our own meals. The marketplace with a grocery store within walking distance for a few groceries we couldn’t transport in our drive up. "Amazing location, spacious suite with a jacuzzi and a full kitchen, also comes with two fireplaces which was a nice surprise. The suite was very comfortable and cozy, it felt like we could stay there long-term. Pool and hot tub were open but we didn’t get a chance to try them because it was raining, so next time! Would love a mountain view, but couldn’t complain. Would highly recommend staying here."

Our room was surficially clean but smelled damp when we left for a while and returned. The mattress had a funky musky smell. The TV dated to the early 2000s and had a terrible picture. "We stayed at Whistler Peak Lodge many times for our annual snowboarding trips and the accommodations were great. However, our stay for this season did not meet our expectations. The fireplace switch was broken, the bathroom fan kept turning on and off by itself, one of the elevators were out of order, the advertised sauna and jacuzzi were also out of order. "The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...
