"Lovely cabins with friendly staff!"

"Had friendly service at the front desk. Room was spacious but lots of dinged up walls, doors, even torn carpet. The place seemed clean but didn't feel like it since a bit dated and shower tile grout should be cleaner. We had a 1 bedroom king with mountain view. Mountain view was nice. Bedroom was larger than the living area - I think it should have been the other way around. Microwave and fridge definitely a bonus. Bed and pillows were comfy."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and found the room to be clean and as expected, small. Unfortunately, the experience was disrupted during the night. Around 4:00 a.m., two individuals began yelling in the corridor, and the disturbance continued for about 30 minutes. It only stopped after I warned that I would call the police."

"Great central location but with that comes noise and more partying guests. Staff were great at managing a large late night party in the room next door. The mattresses could use an upgrade and I couldn't figure out how to control the temperature in the room so it was quite hot. The murphy bed rooms are oddly configured making it hard to get around. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, etc. The room was very clean. I'd consider etaying here again."

"The staff were fabulous and super helpful. We showed up 4 hours early and they had a room ready for us without any grief at all. Ski check was easy and fast. Room was super comfortable with good bed, pillows. Bathroom and toiletries were very nice. Honestly the best value we’ve experienced in whistler after coming here for 30+ years "

"The property has an excellent location. The staff are very kind, and the bellman service in particular is excellent. While the ski check-in service is great, the outside tent should stay open until 4:30 instead of closing at 4:00, because most people haven't come back by then. Additionally, our room in the South Tower is very dark. If the lighting could be improved, that would be great. Other than that, we think this is a good hotel."

"The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...

"If you want to me close to Whistler Village without being in the noise and crowds of the village, this is the place. It's the perfect balance of peace, quiet and convenient while being a quick shuttle away from all the action and shopping of the Village. It's quiet! No cars, no traffic, no sirens, no music. Right off the ski hill - literally ski to the out to the Blackcomb Gondola and ski in off the Merlin run! Free Shuttle to the village right outside the door! (5-10 mins ride. Comes every...

"Location is amazing, it is right across the bus stop and everything else like bars, restaurants, lifts are walking distance. Front desk was very friendly and helpful, check in and check out were seamless. The hotel has space to leave your bags after check out (for an additional cost) which is super convenient if you're planning on catching the bus later. The room was very clean and big, I had a balcony with the view of the village, super cute. I will definitely be returning! "

"Bring earplugs! Can be very loud at night. Very convenient for access to the gondola- only a few minutes walk. However, the hotel itself is quite run down. Our room was clean and spacious, although there was a cleaning rag left on the floor and the drawers of the dresser were all left open. "
