Dear Madam/Sir, I had a booking with Goroomgo New Green View, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Check-in was on 29/05/2024, check-out was on 03/05/2024. The EXPEDIA ITINERARY Number was- 72839582876201. During the time of check-in, the Hotel authority said the property had already sold out and there was no vacancy. Hence, we can not accomodate you. I have arranged one more hotel accommodation for myself with greater difficulties. I request you to please refund my full booking money as soon as possible. Please reply when will you refund me my full booking money? Waiting for your reply. The money receipt for the Hotel booking is attached herewith for your reference.
