"Stayed here before as was quiet in the past, room not as clean as past. Staff is great Breakfast normal Had to call front desk as noise carried on to 1:00 am, quiet time is 10 pm to 7 am. parking is awesome Lots of amenities nearby Coffee and hot water in lobby all the time was a bonus."

"It was ok. There is no ac unit, so u cant change the temperatures. The coffee pot in our room we had to set it up on the floor cause there was no outlets near the table it was on. You only get 2 pillows on the beds so bring ur own also. Hotel can only provide 2 extra at a request. The bed would have been alright if there was more shoulder support...more pillows. Plus side. "The room we stayed in was renovated and it looked nice and clean. However few things like base trim missing and closet doors off the track could be fixed to make it even better. We had the suite room #403, it was large, good comfortable bed, sofa bed not bad, kitchen stocked with all you need to cook. The view was lacking, industrial. "Rooms are ok but dated. Do not expect an actual breakfast. There were no drinks at all, no water, milk or juice and coffee was basically empty. The only food they had was a waffles you made yourself and toast. They had cereal but no milk. When I asked the lady working there for something to drink, her response was that she just worked there and that it was not her fault that they had nothing. I emailed a complaint to the supervisor who was not on site and never heard anything. They also charged...

"We booked this hotel mainly for its convenient location and the advertised free breakfast. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the start. When we arrived, we found out the building is fully under renovation and breakfast is not available until May 1st—something that was not clearly communicated at booking. "The faucet system is weak in BOTH the sink and shower. You hear noises in the rooms mechanisms when you try to sleep, there is no lock on the outside of the hotel room door. The crime situation is bad as well. I saw police in the parking lot when I exited for check out. Unless you have absolutely no care for the quality of your room to a savagely extent, don’t even look at the place, let alone stay here. "

"Room was very rundown and unclean. Not all surfaces wiped down. No vacuuming or cleaning done near heater or baseboards. Hairdryer did not work. Was given another but it was not properly secured to the wall. Coffee maker also didn't work and needed to be replaced. The carpet is so old a stained with obvious sticky places, I did not feel safe going barefoot. Bed was comfortable."
