Staff are very nice, rooms were clean but the hatch in ceiling fell down exposing a big hole. Had that fallen on husbands head (as he is tall enough ) it would have hurt him badly. "

"The staff at this hotel are exceptional; I've never encountered such helpful service during my travels through over 30 countries. They go above and beyond to assist. When I booked a car and the driver was delayed, the staff quickly ordered another one through their phone and guided the driver exactly where to go. Despite being a little late for our intercity train, their support was outstanding—they even texted me to confirm I boarded the train. I didn’t miss it. That’s how caring they are. They are truly some of the best staff in the world.😍😍"
