"No heat…the office closed at 7…no one at desk … no maintenance…one wash cloth even though when I reserved, I marked two adults. Shower was filthy along with shower curtain… fridge was dirty… mattress was disgusting and filthy. Couldn’t get refund because of the time I checked in was after the time I could be refunded.. The only good thing I can say is the staff that was available were nice"

"First off, the property on approach is inviting and full of curb appeal even on a cloudy rainy day. Makes checkn out the place qorthwhile when the sun breaks thru. You immediately kno this property is well taken care of. I even found myself working away in the casual atmosphere of the laundry room while waiting for my load to dry. The room was pleasantly clean and crisp. The front desk workers were quite engaging and polite. Ill be returning in the future."

"Stayed at this same hotel the year prior and enjoyed it but it has gone completely downhill since then. Air conditioning in our room did not work and it was 95 out the day we were there. Hotel staff came up to the room, confirmed it didn't work and asked if we could "deal with it". I told them no and we wanted a new room. The said the hotel was full and there were no other rooms. There was no manager on duty that weekend but we were told the manager would contact us the following Monday. 10 days later and I still haven't heard anything. I have tried contacting the hotel and I have still not heard back. Kids went to look at the pool and it was swamp green, could not even see the bottom and had clumps of something floating in it. Hot tub had been paved over since our last stay. Overall the hotel felt like it has been completely neglected for months. We will not be staying here ever again."

"Good breakfast and nice bed/ room TV. Also a solid gym. The pool and hot tube left something to be desired. The pro of the location is that it's surrounded by restaurants. Con is that it's in like a business district surrounded for blocks by streets, parking lots, and other office buildings."

"No furniture except the beds. Appeared to be missing chairs and table. Probably due to transition to Spark hotel but definitely felt unfinished. No coffee pot in the room. I got one at desk, no filter holder, requested twice but they couldn’t find the right one. Originally told room cleaned every other day unless requested. After 3 days of no cleaning we were told it must always be requested. After I requested twice still never got cleaned & they Refused to take out trash that smelled. The breakfast tables were dirty and never cleaned. Towels thin & smelled burned - not Hampton quality. Shower curtain too short, water leaks out bottom. The positives: Good TV Good bed People friendly Good breakfast "

"Had to change from the first room as it smelled terrible. The second one offered was somehow better. The toilet kept leaking into the bowl and this will make the water to be constantly running. The refrigerator was broken and I didn’t notice right away. I notice when all my food spoiled. To make matter more annoying and inconvenient my key card kept getting deactivated EVERY DAY of my stay. Thankfully the staff was very nice and apologetic and helpful but I will not be staying here again "
