"The first room I was assigned had a very unpleasant smell, similar to mold or a wet dog. I was moved to a second room, which was slightly better, but the shower had rust around the drain area. "Our room was absolutely disgusting. There were spiders and roaches in our room. The floor was nasty and nail clippings were left on it. The towels weren't even clean; one had a hairball in it and hadn't been washed at all. There was no effort to clean the room at all. When we requested a new room, no one got back to us.
