The room was clean. The staff was good. The walls are paper thin. The people in the next room were playing loud video games most of the night. The boiler broke. No hot water to shower.

Four Winds
Great space and view of the ocean. Full kitchen and laundry huge pluses. Convenient walkway to beach. Beds need major mattress upgrade otherwise I would have rated it higher. Lovely family vacay but sleep was okay. Bring soft TP.
