"It was a great property to stay at. It was walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The trolley tour stops 50 feet away so you can see all the site seeing establishments. It's located at the south end of the historic district."

"We have always had a great experience at Casa Monica, but with this past stay, there was no hot water. The staff was informed but nothing changed during our stay. We were also given the wrong room at first. I booked a suite with one king, and my husband and I walked into a room with 2 queens. We were like nope, not going to work! They did find us another room but we did not get the suite like I had booked."

"The B&B was very clean and rooms are very nice. The staff was excellent plus the morning breakfast was delicious. The only problem was that their homemade cookies were too good to eat just one."

"We stayed at the “Casa” this weekend. The staff and the room were excellent. When we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, Jonathan came back to the inn to correct the problem. He even made arrangements to move us to another suite if it became necessary. Fortunately, Jonathan was able to work some HVAC magic and get the room cooling again. Our stay was excellent. Be sure to make it down for breakfast. The food is something NOT to miss. Thank you to Jonathan, Oliver and the team....

"Staff was very helpful and responsive. Location is great! Place is in bad disrepair. Electrical outlet in bathroom was unusable, cracked and rusted. Caulk in bathroom was cracked, dirty and separated. “Memory Foam” mattress was very uncomfortable, I felt like a rotisserie chicken flipping all night from pain. Continental breakfast was pancakes, syrup only, nothing else at all. AC control not accessible to individual rooms."

"Checked-in for a two-night stay. Room was clean and well maintained. I personally do not like the feather pillows. Room had a small refrigerator, coffee maker, blow dryer, and TV. The breakfast option was fantastic. Did not use the bar, but looked nice. The parking lot is small and crowed, but seems to be adequate.Enjoyed our stay. Rate 10 of 10."
