"It was a nightmare... we walked in and the room felt musty, the bathroom had mold, there was a dead spider in the shower, suspicious stains on the sheets, and the matress was rock hard. The "unlimited hop on-off shuttle" only has 1 stop - welcome center in downtown. Though it can be convinient, its not a real hop on-off. So thats false advertisement. We had no choice but to spend the night. We checked out the next morning. The front desk guy (Kevin) helped me out and provided me a refund for the second night."
