"The property, facilities and location were all excellent and I would definitely recommend a stay based on these points. However, communication and check in were poor, as we hadn’t received any information about how or where to park, collect key codes or which actual apartment we were in until I chased the night before. Then we only got it once we had spent 6 hours in the car and arrived in the car park, rang a number from the website which was a wrong number and then finally got hold of Sally....
