"We know this Hotel since many years and were many times guests there. The rooms are simple, but the shower works good, also Aircon, there is soap, toothbrushes, etc., and clean towels.
The food has improved significantly, and there is also something for the European taste.
The large pool is great; you can really swim in it.
For us, it is a nice meeting point to visit former sponsored children. It is close to the mall and you can also eat in the hotel..

"I wasn’t able to enjoy the amenities of the hotel but was able to enjoy the hospitality and helpfulness of the very lovely staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and able to get a taxi around the very elusive Tagatay mountains.
The room was average but large and comfortable.
Only negative comment is that the bathroom needs an upgrade with some stains on the floor and rusting/limescale of the shower head. "
