"The ventilation is terrible in this casino and throughput the hotel. So smoky everywhere you go, including in our bathroom.
The shower head leaked and my bathroom floor was constantly wet.
They do not clean your rooms during your stay. We felt gross staying here and couldn’t wait to leave."

"Room was clean. Sad we didn’t get to use the pool. Was told to wait an hour due to weather. An hour became 3 hours. Even though sun came out. By that time I had Dinner reservations made for 630pm at 32."

"Staff at front desk was unfriendly and confrontational. Room and lobby smelled of smoke. No luggage carts available at check in or check out. Buffet was not open every day. Pool area was dirty and not well maintained. Not enough umbrellas for the amount of tables in the pool area."
