"Overall, it was a good place; pretty clean, liked having a fridge, tv worked, beds were pretty comfortable, the AC was perfect, the showers water hot temperature was nice, staff was cool, great prices during a holiday, and not too far from the main attractions."

"I stayed in room 208 the tub stopper didnt work so the water didnt drain out the tub while I took a shower, the bathroom sink didnt have hot water. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good. I've stayed here alot and it was always excellent I have no complaints just hope the fix the problems for the next guest."

"Checking.in was awesome we arrived.early and want to go look around. Guy helping.us check in looked at us and by our age said you probably want something away from elevator and I said yes please so he said give us just a little time gave us a couple of rts passes and guided us to.the garden district where my wife wanted to.go first .we went visited and back in an hour and room.was ready still 1.5.hrs before check in. I watched the staff help everyone not just me. But everyone in the area."

"I’ve stayed at 6 plus properties in New Orleans. This is now my favorite! Beautiful historic feel. Staff is professional and so helpful. Rooms are nice, very spacious. Pool area is gorgeous. Food in the bar was great! So close to Jackson Square and Cafe Dummonde! Love, will be back!"

"First time in New Orleans and this hotel was perfect. Very elegant and centrally located to everything you want to do in the French Quarter. Only downside is the rooms are on the smaller side but everything about this hotel was great. Will definitely be staying here next time I visit"

"I really liked the Royal Sonesta. Check in was smooth, rooms were clean, grounds were beautiful. Check out was quick and they will even store your luggage for you if you’re not ready to head to the airport. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back."

"The best part is the location of the AC Marriot but the front desk were not very helpful at times. Our rain shower did not work and they were slow to respond plus it did not work well after the maintenance person came. It was also very loud at night you could hear people partying and arguing in the hallway. I will not stay here again paid too much for yhe service I received."

"Hotel is currently renovating large portions of the property but staff more than made up for any service currently under construction. Reservations are required for the newly renovated Jazz room but we were unable to book reservations because large groups of locals had already reserved seating for birthdays and anniversary celebrations."
