"The property needs some detailed attention to the bathroom. Not terrible, just worn and showing age and use. The biggest frustration was with valet staff. It's a very busy area, and lots of activity. They seemed to be short-staffed so the biggest area for improvement."

"The property is in an excellent location, extremely close (2 blocks) from Bourbon and Canal yet the 2 blocks are enough for complete quiet around the property. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, the water machine, pool and valet service are great. It would be nice to have after hours drink options outside of just water, for purchase. Will definitely be back."

"My very first stay in the French Quarter and I was not disappointed at all. I pulled up to the self-parking in the back of the hotel which is gated and secure. Went in through the back entrance, nice courtyard and pool. Lobby had a bar off to the side, friendly staff that welcomed me and had my room ready. My room was extra large, with a balcony and all of the amenities needed. Very satisfied and kept remarking to my daughter how nice the room was. She sprawled out on the bed first thing so I...

"Best staff and brand new amazing rooftop pool and viewing deck in town! Great location- Room room and bathroom was a bit small. Courtyard could use some music or love-all you hear is kitchen fans. But its very well maintained! I'd get a bigger room and balcony facing the street next time. However, I wouldn't stay anywhere else! THE POOL MADE THE TRIP! See you soon!"
