We got a free upgrade to a harbour view rooms Rooms were spacious. Quiet room.
Bathroom was new but room was slightly outdated and had stains on the carpet. Overlap a good stay. "

"Everythjng perfect regards the accomodation.
However, the onsite restaurant was quite 'upmarket' ; expensive, with meals nothing like the 'pub grub' we had seen on the website- quite a shock! The staff though were excellent! "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, this was not my original hotel, I booked here at very short notice due to our original hotel booking not being adequate given this majestic hotels was stunning! Bed was comfortable and a large space. Staff checked us in very quick and we was provided with information regarding the hotel. Location was so convient as we was attending a concert at utilita. Everything was in walking distance. Only confusion was parking and we ended up parking in Marriott. "

"The parking is very easy, you just enter you car registration on a screen in reception. The guy at reception was very proficient and friendly. The room was small, basic but very clean and comfortable. There are shops around with 2 minutes, so like Waitrose, Lidl (actually underneath the hotel), Home Bargains and even a Weatherspoons! There are some nice restaurants across the road by the marina and the High Street is a couple of minutes away by car.

"Had a lovely one night stay at this beautiful hotel which has lots of character. I paid for a larger sea view room which had been recently renovated and even had a four-poster bed which was a nice surprise. It was spotlessly clean.
The communal areas are a little tired but I expected they might be given the level of investment it would take to update everywhere.
Breakfast was buffet style and fairly basic but sufficient.
