"Loved our stay . The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the hotel has such a chilled and intimate vibe for any age of traveller. Central location is ideal to walk around . Nothing is too far which is important with the cobbled streets of the old town. We stayed in one of the stone bedrooms with a terrace and it was great to stay in such a historical place. The room has everything you need , toothbrush, razor and shampoo and conditioners which are so useful if you are just travelling with hand luggage. The bed is so comfortable and your room is maintained each day by friendly ladies . They clean all the areas to a very high standard making sure that coffee and teas are refilled and anything else you might need. There is air conditioning but we didn't need to use it in April . The room was just the right temperature. Breakfast has a vast selection and is cooked to order. You can sit on your terrace or go downstairs. Compliments to the chefs , the food was very tasty. We also ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food is modern Greek with local dishes on the menu. The hotel offers wine tasting for everyone from beginners to those with more knowledge . You can choose just to sit and have a glass of wine or a coffee downstairs or on your terrace which gets the sun all day and is a lovely space just to sit and read , the staff are very attentive but will give you your privacy."

"Exceptional Service and Unbeatable Location I recently had the pleasure of staying here for two separate reservations, and my experience, particularly during the second stay, was absolutely outstanding. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area without any hassle. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They are super nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable—not just like a guest, but like good friends. It is clear that they genuinely care about your well-being and are consistently polite. A special mention must go to Katerina. Her problem-solving skills and people skills are excellent, and she handled every detail with grace and efficiency. She is clearly a great leader and role model for the rest of the team, setting a high standard for hospitality. To top it all off, the food is great. Every meal was delicious and well-prepared. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and high-quality stay!"

"Staff fab. Room lovely. Loved balcony. Breakfast good. Could have done with extra toilet paper, they didnt add an extra roll when cleaning. Shower slightly grubby looking but was actually a fabolously powerfull shower. Maybe just needs a paint."

"The property is next to a small park with a pleasant group of restaurants and shopping, and only about a seven minute walk from the Grand Master's Palace. The hotel is quite clean and either recently restored or well kept. The desk clerk was happy to answer questions and went out of the way to meet our needs, such as letting us leave our luggage while waiting for the ferry. The TV in our room was easy to operate and the HVAC worked well. The amenities were nice, with a set for each of us. "

"There was a huge storm while we were there and water kept creeping in through the balcony. The staff were very helpful and provided extra towels. Breakfast was decent and simple. Plenty of vegetarian options. Not so much for vegans though "

"An excellent location right in the city centre, just a few steps from a square full of restaurants, shops, and within easy walking distance of the key historical monuments. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room itself was basic, but clean and adequate."
