"The room on the 2nd day was never cleaned or trash taken out. Towels were left dirty and wet. We used the towels because that’s all we had. Carpet not cleaned or beds made. Would not stay at this hotel. The staff at the hotel was extremely kind and the parking attendants very helpfu but room never cleaned however"

"The property itself was a wonderful redo of an old building. The architecture with exposed brick and concrete beams added to the uniqueness of the property. The entire staff was amazing, helpful and always cheerful. We took advantage of their wonderful shuttle service to go to every event we were attending. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"Classic 100 yr. old hotel. Convenient to many downtown restaurants. A lot of construction is going on in downtown Omaha, but with GPS, fairly easy to navigate."

"We stayed in a 2 room suite. The main bathroom shower had plently of water pressure while the en suite to the other bedroom had zero water pressure it was literally just falling out of the facet. We tried what we could and nothing worked. The king bed was super uncomfortable - a week later and I am still dealing with back pain from the bed. The ice machine on our floor was not working.
