"This was a modern apartment, with all amenities included. The washer/dryer was very helpful! A group of us stayed here while attending a conference at the convention center for a week. It was only a pleasant 0.8 mile walk to the convention center. If we wanted to visit the French quarter, we could take the Charles Ave trolley, which was one block away. The only complaint was that we could hear people walking around in the apartment above us. That was a little annoying late at night or...

"Our host was great, we could have done self checking but she waited for us to arrive. It was nice to have that friendly welcome. At first I thought it was a little quirky because the room was in the back which turned out to be nice and quiet."

"Great property, fantastic location. Spacious. Exactly as pictured. Roof top deck was wonderful. Overall it was one of the best home rentals I have ever had. That being said, there were a couple of small things that could be improved on and some things for future renters to be aware of. TV's were a challenge. Had to do some creative things with mirroring from laptop to watch shows. Not enough face towels Alarm went off a number of times because of low battery. The sound was very annoying....

"The place was very nice. The neighborhood is a bit dicey. There were a few communication issues, and the door code had problems though they did get solved. There were enough kitchen and bath items, and that was appreciated. I was offered an additional night at a reduced rate, accepted, and was glad of the offer."
