"Great property, good location, and clean"

"Da ich schon früh morgens in Köln ankam, konnte ich meinen Trolley im Hotel, in einem gesonderten Gepäckraum abstellen..so konnte ich den Abreisetag direkt nutzen. So auch den Abreisetag... Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sauber... Frühstück war ebenso gut..Brötchen, Brot, Käse, Wurst uvm wurde angeboten. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße der Fußgängerzone, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Gerne komme ich wieder."

"3 night stay, booking two rooms. Easy booking process and super helpful staff. Less than 100 yards from main train station/bus station and 5 minute walk into town centre. Rooms lovely and clean with super comfy beds. "

"Lovely clean room - we had a great view of the cathedral from our room which was lovely. Service was exceptional - Daniel at the front desk upgraded our room and he was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Location is very central and local to a lot of bars and pubs, plus the cathedral and train station. Great sound proofing of our room - it was a noisy friday night on the street below but when we shut our windows, couldn’t hear anything. Overall great stay. "

"Great location within the main shopping area. A few minutes walk to the Döm and old town, and to the chocolate museum. Automated check in code didn’t seem to work but it was daytime so we just went inside to the reception desk where the staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, though very small. Bathroom was functional but the shower door was a little temperamental. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on that. We found the department store across the road had a...
