"This was the second time we’ve stayed here in the past 2 years and it was lovely once again. The room is really nice and comfortable and the staff are excellent. The TV has been upgraded from last year which was a much needed improvement and is now excellent. The only minor issues are the air con unit on the wall that seems utterly useless. "Excellent welcome from Concierge taking our car, great guy. Good reception staff. Arrived back in evening for a drink after dinner, bar staff fairly dismissive that I was an inconvenience from one young lady especially.took a while to get served probably around 15 minutes after being told to go sit in the lounge. Still I won’t let one rude member spoil an enjoyable stay. On departure again the concierge was very helpful and friendly."
