"Great place to stay"

"The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself left MUCH to be desired. I requested a crib/pack & play when booking and none were available when we checked in. The sheets were gross. I have no other words for it. We checked out and went down the road to the Holiday Inn. I have never left a hotel before due to uncleanliness but there was no way I could, in good conscience, allow my toddlers to sleep in those conditions. Also, the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. I don’t like leaving poor reviews but I took pictures of the sheets just for proof because it was not good. 😳 The area also just did not feel that safe. Disappointed in the experience overall. I have stayed in plenty of LaQuinta Inn’s before and absolutely none have ever been like this."

"Check in- we asked where the ice was and we were told ice was at the store across from hotel in a very rude tone. The cleanliness of the room was lacking to say the least. Dirty comforters, lots of stains. Bugs in the bathroom. I’ve stayed here many times and have never been treated so rudely. Must be under new management…that was our last time to stay at Motel 6…"

"The room was clean overall except for the carpet- stained a dirty. It looks like they updated the room but not the carpet. They are renovating the hotel so lots of construction garbage and dust. The toilet in our room could barely flush 2 pieces of toilet paper- very low pressure- but the shower pressure was great! The pool area was dirty with cigarette butts so we did not swim. The breakfast area was clean and the food was pretty decent! Maybe when the whole hotel is renovated it will be much better! "

"Rooms with paper thin walls and doors. Heard the neighbors Tv blaring all night. The refrigerator in the room was warmer than air temperature in the room. Stay just sucked "

"The breakfast was terrible!! Cold coffee and warm milk and juice. No waffle mix. Second day there was some coffee but it was lukewarm! Still no waffle! Small apples avaliable no person to be seen to ask. Night shift was much better and accommodating. First night tv did not work and they moved us to another room. There is a huddle house next door but we did not go there. Beds were comfortable. Room was ok. We did have a lake view. Convenient to interstate."

"Breakfast menu was a little limited. Clean room. Staff great! Air condition and heat perfect. Better than what I consider it's price competitors to be. In today's high tech age, a few more electrical receptacles would be nice, but that's the case in most hotel/motels in this price range."

"Very nice place. If you don’t like animals do not stay here. There were probably 5 different people with dogs while we were there. It was fine with us because we love animals but if you are not a dog lover or afraid of dogs I would not stay here. The only complaint is there was a photo of a hot tub on the website but there is not a hot tub. Everything else was as expected. We would stay here again. . "
