"My TV didn’t work. The front desk person tried over and over again to get the maintenance guy to fix it. He never showed up. As long as I was there he never even responded."

"I’m a picky mom traveler and I give this hotel 2 thumbs up! Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful, hotel was very clean, rooms were enjoyable. Breakfast was good! I traveled with my 3 little kids 7 and younger and we enjoyed the pool on our stop. We were on a road trip and this was a great break."

"Very spacious room for five."

"Mariah was very nice however the pool was closed “because it rained earlier today” which seemed like a silly reason, so the kids weren’t able to swim after riding in the car which was the plan. The room key stopped working and had to be replaced after we had to go back to the front desk several times. The room was fine, the carpet needs to be replaced. FYI the Cracker Barrel next door was absolutely horrific but it was literally the only dining option in the area."

"My regular stop driving back to Florida from NYC . Easy access off 95 back ride up to your room. Rooms are spotless very nice restaurant on the property other options nearby Pizza Hut, Waffle House, Starbucks, huddle house and the number of others. Breakfast is excellent coffee 24 hours eggs bacon waffles cereals. Staff is always welcoming. Stayed in room 134 last night the young lady, who is cleaning the rooms spoke to her this morning very friendly and just a sweet person. I I have stopped and...

"The beds were comfortable and the coffee was good, however my room had a definite smell of wet dog. I brought my dog so I knew it was pet friendly, however the smell kind of turned me off. The rooms should NOT have carpeting to hold smells. Hard floors would be much better for sanitary reasons."

"My room was miskeyed and someone walked into my room because they didn’t change the original room in the computer and so I was terrified the rest of the night and I finally fell asleep in at 6:30 AM. The dumpster guy came right outside of my door. Outside entry. It did not go well. Breakfast unappealing."

"We have stayed here many times in the past five years and this time was not as nice a stay. Our room smelled like someone cooked in it. The beds were bowing to the outside edges, very uncomfortable. The microwave was missing a front leg and rattled. The shower is worn looking. We stayed here in Feb 2025 and everything was so much better along with multiple times prior to then."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was OK with cereal, bananas, waffles and coffee. The pool was not open. Parking was convenient--right in front of the room. I did not use the shower because there was no grab bar into the tub."
