"Tv dont have hdmi socket for our amazon fire stick, that was litteraly our only problem, we assumed they would have as they had flat screen tvs. So we was unable to watch anything of an evening."

"Séjour de 10 jours en famille, hôtel très confortable, bonne situation géographique, plage resto bar boutique etc.... propreté irréprochable, équipe d animation au TOP, merci à eux de nous avoir fait passer de superbe vacances..... le seul petit bémol, nourriture basique et toujours la même.....! "Senelerdir Albena da kongreye katıldığımızdan bu sene ekonomik olması dolayısıyla Kompası seçtik tepede bir otel olduğundan yürüme açısından sıkıntı yaratmakta. albenadaki diğer otellere kıyasla temizliğe nerede ise hiç önem verilmemekte, çarşaflar 4 gün sonunda değiştirildi, havlular keza öyle , yerleri silmeği temizlik olarak algıyan bir yçnetim var. restrantda tüm tabaklar bardaklar yumurta kokuyordu, bulaşık yıkanmasıda bir sorun diye düşünüyorum. Biz albenayı Bulgaristanı sevdiğimiz için...

"Clean room and building. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. I only had breakfast and dinner for almost a week. It was very quiet and relaxing ... it is not the season yet though. Very convenient parking solution. We paid in advance and when you approach the gate, the number of your car is automatically recognized, and the gate opens automatically. We loved it! BIH THANK YOU!!!"

"Everythibg was perfect , the housekeepers clean our room daily, a lot of food in every meal , the location is perfect (directly on the beach ) , the pool was clean and perfect , the Area very quit and silent . The only thing that is not ok is the fact that they worked on mentanace of a room NexT to our room 2 days between 13-16 o clock wich I was unable to sleep , but I stayed at the pool ☺️ The staff amazing."

"Overall a pretty decent hotel and for the price the whole package was 8/10. My notes would be- 1- staff- pretty rude and unhelpful on the whole and mostly dont speak any english. 2- food- reasonable but they seem to have some obsession with boiled chicken wings. Generally acceptable though. 3-room- clean and comfy. 4- location- good with easy access to their own beach. The thing that really bothers me is the plastic glasses. "Alles bestens 😊😊😊😊Nur zu empfehlen. Die Superior Zimmer sind sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem riesigen Balkon. Das Hotel befindet sich in absoluter strandnähe. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Es gab auch einen Themenabend. Alles in allem ein erholsamer Urlaub. "
