"The room was lobby was lovely, and the room was clean. We had pre-ordered champagne to the room for our evening arrival and it was not there. The front desk was dismissive when we went to ask about it and did not make it right. Overall the hotel location was on point, very accessible for walking the gardens and Citadel Hill. I would likely not stay again though as the initial arrival service was truly lacking, there are only some many getaways one gets and I’d prefer a hotel that is responsive."

"Staff were accommodating and most times quick response. Parking spot available. We were given wrong wifi password due to recent changes so that was a slight hiccup and not enough towels for 3 people as reserved for. That was taken care the next morning. Pull out couch for 3 rd person wasn’t prepared as in no linen for it. "I've seen 3 and stayed in 2 of his rooms so I have seen what they have! It's a wonderful place they have there! Very clean, nada broken, enough in the cupboards, we enjoyed our time and efforts there! We received a nice thick foamy for the foldout couch! Andy & hie wife were excellent to work with! We would most definitely stay there again!"

"The room was fantastic however there was MAJOR construction happening. They are building a large high rise right across the street and the noise was EXTREMLY loud. Jack hammers and banging starting at 6:00AM everyday...including Saturday and Sunday."

"First of all ,the breakfast was great tonnes of choices,hot and cold The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating Property was clean overall ,there was a small blood stain on the comforter however which they replaced immediately, assuming was a washed set stain . The property is situated close waterfront and many other attractions ,all walkable And the price was great for end of april"
