"Their customer service is amazing! From dropping our luggage off early, (which they placed it in our room for us once our room was ready), to having our room available early, to the nighttime turn down, the made to order breakfast, cold drinks available throughout the day, and a morning refresh of our room, we felt very pampered. We definitely would stay here again!"

"The room was very clean and staff was very nice. Very centralized to shops & restuatants. The hotel seems like part of an outside bar, surprisingly you couldn't hear the music in the room we had for 2 nights. Things for an improvement, be generous w/the towels. There is no housekeeping so you have to go outside around the corner to the office/store for the new towels. It would be nice if the bathroom door was a little further away from where you lie your head, having a barn style door that doesn't fully shut could be a problem. Lastly, we thought the pool was around the corner @ a sister property, no. You have to travel to the pool which is a pool & bar. They play extremely loud music. The pool/bar seemed like a place for 20 to 30 yr olds."

"We had a wonderful stay at Harriet’s House in Put-in-Bay. The room was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that great attention is given to maintaining the property. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of towels provided, and everything in the room was spotless—including the air conditioning unit, which was dust-free and worked great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is another huge plus—it’s close to downtown, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions, while still offering the convenience of free parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
