No explanation of anything hotel or area regarded. Still unsure why they require a bank card when the minibar is non existent, and room service is pre-paid. "The property has a lots of positives but if you've got mobility issues it's probably not the best choice. They're unable to guarantee a parking spot so its a gamble about whether you can get one or not. Lucky enough to secure one of the few disabled spots but the closest lift had 4 stairs up and 4 down to the lift. Luckily my Mum has a walker and not wheelchair as not sure how would've managed otherwise. But overall the signage was poor and no real direction from staff. Would look for other...
