"The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I had 100% support from my enquiry, throughout my event and through to checkout. Highly recommend.
If there is anything to consider, the bedroom would benefit from an upgrade plus put plugs near the beds. "

"Excellent facilities in the room. Comfortable and well presented as ever. All the hotel staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Great location if you are travelling by rail as the hotel is next to Piccadilly railway station. Good breakfast in M Club Lounge"

"Lovely stay and great staff, we had one of the suites which didn’t disappoint! The only complaints I would have is the spa jacuzzi out of use and very tough sleeping pillows! "
