"Stayed 2 nights in a deluxe room. As did our daughter and son in law. Both rooms were lovely.
Clean, well equipped and comfortable. The hotel is in a great central location. We had room service for breakfast both mornings. Our daughter ate breakfast in the restaurant. Both were very nice.
The only downside was that we couldn’t get the room cool enough during the heatwave but the hotel were quick in providing us with a fan to help. We would highly recommend a stay at The Chester Grosvenor. We...

"Lovely hotel but room is outdated and needs a freshen up
Also to add we were on the second floor and there was a party being hosted at the hotel which did not finish until 1am
The floor was shaking"
