"Very nice hotel. Nice rooms, beds, etc. A little tough to get the sliding bathroom door closed but other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Great location and short walks to restaurants and Lake Eola nearby where you can walk around the lake. Also the rooms were very nice and spacious and had a comfortable bed and we got 2 complimentary drinks in the evening and a great free hot breakfast where you can get omelets made to order if you want them, the room was also stocked with lots of snacks and drinks which were all complimentary, highly recommended and would stay there again."

"Put us in an accessible room even tho i did not request that…maybe bc i booked thru expedia. Nice large room and comfortable bed. The toilet did not flush properly. Maint workef on it quickly to get it to flush, but bowl still did not fill properly Shower was weak and water was warm to tepid at warmest setting. Hvac is loud"

"It was a nice stay, well-kept hotel with a happy staff. I wish someone had thought of the pool placement as its on the middle floor and side of the building causing it to lose sun around 2/230pm. Probably my only gripe! Would def stay again. "

"Cynthia checked us in when we got in very late at night and she was so pleasant and accommodating. Jeff the General Manager was wonderful. I had a situation with something I had left behind after we checked out and he went above and beyond. We had a wonderful experience here. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is fine if you're there for business in the media area. The staff was wonderful, and the elevator was a godsend. We enjoyed both the second-floor outdoor lounge and the indoor lounge. A couple of minor things: the lamps could be turned to the side for reading in bed. Unfortunately, my sister saw cockroaches running around in the shower stall, which was unpleasant. "
