"Our room and the rest of the hotel that we saw was very clean. The staff was very professional, inviting and helpful. Breakfast was good with a large selection to choose from. The pool and hot tub was under renovation, but there was a pool available at another facility close by. The parking deck was nice and secure, we were not aware that there was a daily parking fee for the parking deck until check in, that would have been nice to know in advance so that we could plan for that. "Dan was a fantastic host as well as being a very kind person! Rosie, the cohost, might be somewhat intimadating at first glance for some, but she is a very sweet character when you get to know her. Breakfast was made with love by Dan and the whole house is tastefully original as was my room. The area itself is very inviting and parking is absolutely no problem. A stay that will always be positively remembered."

"Parking was hectic, along with valet parking. This hotel needs a lot of TLC. The room I stayed in had peeling paint on the ceiling,light bulbs out, and a bathroom drain stopper that wouldn’t come up to be able to drain. I contacted the front desk about the drain stopper not working and was told that maintenance would be sent to my room, which never happened. Thankfully we only had to stay there 1 day. I would not recommend this hotel as it obviously is being neglected in many ways. "

"Our room was very hot the first night. The air condition is not controlled in the room but rather generally by the staff. So you have no control over the a/c. It is a historic building. This being said the rooms are small and the street noise is incredibly loud. It felt like there was drag racing outside our room in the street all night. Literally could not sleep with all the noise outside."
