"The hotel was beautiful in a great location , the complaints I had during our stay include the air kept turning off sounding like an old man coughing. I also used the hotel blow dryer and it caught on fire on me , my husband had to go to service desk for another ."

"The hotel was beautiful. I can not stress that enough. However, when we went to bed, we did not sleep well. The A/C kicked off in the middle of the night, the matress was not that comfortable, and the street traffic was loud. Other than that it is a beautiful place to stay and the staff is amazing"

"Unión Station is gorgeous. We stayed there for our anniversary to watch the light show and hang out in the grand Hall and have cocktails. There was a wedding that night so they had the entire grand hall blocked off and we were not able to do any of that. The staff were not necessarily friendly and the whole place outside smelled like gas. The rooms were fine, but it just seems over priced."

"Parking was scarce and metered during the day. Still a better option than the $50/day valet. Rm 514 had the worst view, walls of neighboring buildings and dumpsters. Dirty view. Took awhile for hot water otherwise suite level amenities were good. Door had to be forced closed, but it shut. Breakfast was nice but busy the entire 3 days we were there and they ran out of things a lot. Picked this location for the short 20 min walk to Busch stadium. Overall nice hotel but not worth the...

"The view from our room was amazing and the view from the roof top bar was awesome. The bathroom was HOT because of no exhaust fan and the beds were not all comfortable my boyfriend and I tossed and turned all night."

"I stayed four nights and 5 days! When I first entered the hotel I was met by a lovely lady by the name of Anna! She was very welcoming and had a smile that would light up the room. I encountered Anna quite a few times during my stay. And every time she was just as pleasant as the time before. I had decided upon checking out. That I was going to take Anna back to Nashville with me! Lol. Also there was plenty of free parking! They do offer a free breakfast. I will return! And you can thank Anna...

"Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience"
