"The water line in the wall to the ice machine was so loud that it echoed through the room the entire night and we couldn’t sleep. We called for sheets for the pullout bed and asked about the ice machine which they said they would unplug. After an hour we went to the front desk and got our own sheets and they said we could unplug it ourselves- which was not the issue. They gave us $100 back for that night which made me feel better but I would have rather been able to sleep. One of the hot tubs...

"Be prepared for the dress code standard at this property, collared shirts required at the bar and restaurant no hats in the lobby. you must be well-dressed to lounge in the lobby although it is permissible to traverse the the lobby in street clothes provided you don't work there the rooms are made available to guest but are owned by the Missouri athletic club and it has Country club type rules it's an excellent place to stay but be prepared for this before booking."
