"The hotel was beautiful in a great location , the complaints I had during our stay include the air kept turning off sounding like an old man coughing. I also used the hotel blow dryer and it caught on fire on me , my husband had to go to service desk for another ."

"Stagf was great, especially Mike at valet! Hotel is clean and well situated next to stadium! Super convenient. Only issue was loud music playing right outsidr until 11 pm on Thursday and Friday nights."

"Our room was wonderful, clean, bed was comfortable.staff were nice. Bartender was great. Butter gooey cookies were amazing. Our main issue was the value of the valet parking. $55 night. They have an app to use to get your vehicles, took 40 minutes to retrieve our car the first morning we stayed. And 90 minutes when we checked out. The staff was working hard, but definitely needed more staff for the amount of people checking out for wanting their cars for odds and ends."

"Love the property but it is old. Public areas are well maintained. The room we had was showing it's age. The sitting chairs need replacement. Nearly fell through when sitting the first time. The carpet is old and needs replaced. The bathroom... shower had dirty grout toilet bolts rusted leaving stains on the floor."

"Our stay has been wonderful except for the fact that our room never gets cleaned and the only other complaint is that although it is advertised as handicapped accessible in the bathroom the shower has no grab bars and no seating in the shower. The other drawback on handicapped accessible is the front doors in the lobby have not got one that is easily available for the handicapped."

"Our bathroom body soap and lotion dispensers were empty. It was a quick trip so we didn’t bring any of those items as it said provided so had to make due with bar soap for sink."

"Unión Station is gorgeous. We stayed there for our anniversary to watch the light show and hang out in the grand Hall and have cocktails. There was a wedding that night so they had the entire grand hall blocked off and we were not able to do any of that. The staff were not necessarily friendly and the whole place outside smelled like gas. The rooms were fine, but it just seems over priced."

"The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. Property has dedicated street parking but can get busy on Fri and Sat nights due to theatre traffic, however, the manager was very helpful in reserving or securing spots for us so no...
